Moving from the chin along the jaw, then cheek bones, then the upper mouth, nose and forehead, using the same circular pressure technique. Using the backs of your fingers and starting from the jaw line, use alternate fast upwards stroking movements towards the cheek. Work on one side of the face and then the other with a rhythmical, lifting motion. Complete this phase by rhythmically stroking the forehead with your fingertips, moving from the centre to the outside with long continuous, alternate stroking movements. Make sure that your fingers are light to avoid too much pressure.
