About
More radiance and less pigmentation
Melanin is a natural pigment that gives colour to skin. Exposure to sunlight, hormonal influences and ageing can cause an increase in melanin production and trigger hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation appears as dark patches and age spots (also known as sun spots) that make skin look uneven. Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum combines powerful active ingredients that work in different ways to promote your skin’s radiance and reduce hyperpigmentation at the source:
The serum is clinically and dermatologically proven to reduce pigment spots and prevent their reappearance while giving your skin more radiance. First results are visible after two weeks and improve continuously with regular use. Skin is smooth and looks even, refined and with a natural radiant glow.

Thiamidol is a Eucerin-patented ingredient. Ten years in development, this highly-effective active is clinically and dermatologically proven to reduce dark spots and prevent their re-appearance.
Hyaluronic Acid is formed by skin cells and is part of the connective tissue of the skin. One of its key functions is to retain moisture, and it has the ability to bind in between 1,000 and 10,000 times its own weight in water (i.e. one gram binds between one and ten liters). As we age, the skin's natural ability to produce Hyaluronic Acid depletes and wrinkles start to form and deepen.
Glycerin – sometimes spelt `Glycerine` and also known as Glycerol – is a humectant which means it helps attract water and keep it in the skin. It is a very effective moisturizer that smooths dry skin and gives it long-lasting moisturization and care. It is both colorless and odorless.
Can I use Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum alongside other Eucerin moisturisers?
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum can be used alone or integrated into any skincare routine. We recommend that you use Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum twice a day, in the morning and evening.
If you experience hyperpigmentation but it is not your primary skin-ageing concern, then you may want to apply Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum before one of our anti-ageing care products such as:
Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Day SPF 30, which plumps up fine lines and deep wrinkles for a rejuvenated look
Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Moisture Booster for an immediate moisture boost
Can I use Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum instead of a moisturiser?
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum contains concentrated Hyaluronic Acid which improves skin moisturisation. It is effective when used individually, as part of your current skincare routine, or alongside other products in the Eucerin Anti-Pigment range.
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum does not protect skin from the sun. As the sun’s rays are a key contributor to hyperpigmentation it’s important to wear an appropriate sun protection product, even on cloudy days. We recommend that, if you apply Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum in the morning, you follow it with Eucerin Anti-Pigment Day SPF 30 to help fade existing acne marks and protect skin from the sun, thereby reducing further sun-induced pigmentation issues. For intense sun exposure choose a higher protection factor from the Eucerin Sun Protection range.
How can I boost my skin’s radiance?
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Skin Perfecting Serum can be used effectively as part of your regular skincare routine to make your skin more even and radiant. You can also adopt certain self-care habits at home to increase your skin’s glow.
